Red Russian has a bold strong earthy flavour that is delicious and works very well in meats. It has an exceptionally great garlic taste! excellent for canning.

Music has a mild to medium strength with a hint of sweetness (it gets even sweeter when baked). Very versatile garlic and is a fan favourite!

Porcelain (coming soon)

Porcelain has a medium to strong heat and an incredibly rich flavour. It works well in daily cooking and is also a pick for canning. 

Garlic Powder

100% dehydrated powdered garlic. Great for adding flavour to soups, stews, roasts, and more. Warning: it is strong, so please use it with caution!​​

Garlic Dip Mix

There are two different kinds of dip. One is made with Thai peppers, which gives it a kick, and the other with red peppers. These dip mixes are great on crackers, with cream cheese, as salad dressing, or in stir-fries.

Black Garlic (Best Seller!)

We have started making black garlic, which is fermented garlic. Black garlic is a well-known superfood that tastes good and is full of health benefits! After fermenting, the sugars of the garlic are drawn out, causing the garlic to taste sweeter than hot. Now in two sizes!

Pickled Garlic

We pickle Music and Red Russian garlic. If you like hot garlic, the fresher, the better. But if you want to enjoy pickled garlic for its health benefits without the heat, we recommend letting it sit for a few months.

Salted Scape Powder

This powder has a milder garlic flavour compared to the powdered garlic but it is known for its fresh, green notes as well as a subtle sweetness which is noticed after being cooked, and the salt draws out these flavours even more. This powder pairs well in a variety of dishes such as; roasted potatoes and vegetables, eggs and omelets, popcorn, pasta, grilled meats, salad dressings, dips, and avocado toast. ​

Pickled Scapes

Pickled garlic scapes have a bright, tangy flavor that transforms the fresh, green character of raw scapes while preserving their distinctive garlic essence. Pickled scapes are great to be eaten by themselves as well as be chopped up into potato salad, egg salad, tuna salad, sliced onto sandwiches and burgers, added to charcuterie boards, or stirred into grain salad.
